Session.Care is a 24/7 online booking platform for spas, salons, therapists, and wellness businesses. It offers instant booking, SMS reminders, and an embedded AI chat assistant for client questions.

Session.Care embeds an AI chat assistant on client booking pages to answer questions about services, hours, and availability on behalf of small wellness businesses. Pitfall observed: the assistant initially tried to answer medical questions that were outside its scope (for example, "is this massage safe for my back pain?"), so we added a hard refusal list for medical advice and a "let me connect you with the practitioner" handoff.
