About the Role
Join the team building the platform that holds AI companies accountable. You'll contribute to the methodology, scoring pipelines, and the Laravel/Livewire application that makes ethical AI rankings public and data-grounded.
This is a role for someone who cares as much about the quality of the evidence as about shipping software. You'll work alongside the founder on everything from methodology decisions to Livewire components to PostgreSQL tuning.
Ideal candidate: cares about AI ethics, writes careful Laravel, and would rather cite a primary source than publish a confident-sounding guess.
Requirements
- 3+ years Laravel 11+ experience (Livewire 3 preferred)
- Strong PostgreSQL fundamentals
- Background in AI ethics, responsible AI, or algorithmic accountability
- Experience writing public-facing methodology or research documentation
- Comfort with Tailwind CSS and Alpine.js
- Commitment to citable, primary-sourced claims
