About the Role
Post Later uses AI to draft and schedule social media posts for businesses and agencies. You'll own the content safety layer: the compliance checks, style guardrails, and factual-claim filtering that run before any AI-drafted post reaches a human reviewer.
You'll work on prompt design, evaluation harnesses, and the compliance-check pass that flags unverifiable claims against each client's brand knowledge base. You will NOT be asked to ship an automation that bypasses human approval — that is a product guarantee we will not break.
Ideal candidate: thinks in evals, cares about brand-voice fidelity, and has opinions about how to catch hallucinated product claims.
Requirements
- 3+ years building LLM-powered applications in production
- Experience with prompt evaluation and red-teaming
- Familiarity with content moderation pipelines
- Laravel/Livewire experience (Post Later is a Laravel app)
- Understanding of social media platform compliance rules
- Strong writing and clear documentation habits
