AI Consultant — Responsible AI Strategy

Help small and mid-sized businesses adopt AI in a way that augments their people rather than replacing them. You'll run responsible-AI assessments, design AI strategies, and deliver workshops to teams that are new to LLMs. Engagements range from two-week assessments to six-month transformations. The hardest part of the job is saying no to the wrong engagements — we turn down work where AI would be used to automate layoffs or strip workers of agency. Ideal candidate: has delivered real AI strategy work (not just slide decks), and is comfortable having hard conversations with leadership about what AI should and should not be used for.
